We are seeking motivated and dedicated work from home Insurance sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will work leads mostly via Inbound call transfers. You’ll assist Illinois Final Expense clients with their insurance needs, helping to secure the right coverage. This is a phone sales/Telesales role. You will leverage your sales skills to promote final expense life insurance and other supplemental products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their specific requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others. We are hiring in multiple states, so if you have additional state licenses, that’s great, but this posting is specifically for the Illinois work from home insurance sales job.
Duties:
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client situations to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market insurance products through various channels.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual agreement.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Illinois insurance sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work as part of a remote team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
