We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Work from home insurance Insurance sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will work leads mostly via outbound dials. (Inbound call transfers are available) You’ll assist clients with their insurance needs, helping to secure the right coverage. This work from home insurance job is a telesales role. You will leverage your sales skills to promote final expense life insurance and other supplemental products, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage tailored to their specific requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others secure their financial future.
Remote Final Expense insurance job duties:
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client situations to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market insurance products through various channels, including networking and community events (if you choose).
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual agreement.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex information clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
